Fishbones, Paretos and Process Maps

I am updating my course materials and moving into the digital age. Part of
this process is to digitise my Ishikawa, Pareto charts and process maps ....
something I a finding very time consuming. The Pareto charts are easy to do
because I can do them in Excel. But the C&E and process maps are a
different story.
If anyone has any of these things that they don't mind giving me to
incorporate into my slide show I would be very grateful. I can take pretty
much any file format.

Since I am asking to take, I have a couple of things I can think of that
might be useful to you.
1.
A fun definition of quality that I use in my courses ... it is the form of a
PowerPoint slide show. It is NOT a textbook definition, more in that way of
a drawing out from people what quality is and is not ... I use it and
anecdotes an it works well for me. (If you can help me improve it, comments
welcome).
2.
An Excel spreadsheet that performs GAP analysis. You enter the current
skills of the individual in one column and the skills required for the job
in another and it will draw you attention to any gap or need for
intervention. No rocket science here ... but it works.

Ciao
