Here in Aberdeen we run a Chief Executive's club.  We learn primarily
through discussion.

At our last meeting one of the CEOs introduced the theme of self managed
learning.

The suggestion is that we prepare a series of questions through which Chief
Executives can assess his progress within his own company.  The Chief
Executive then has to face the critical questioning from one or a group of
his fellow chief Executives.

We have promised to have a SPOK assessment tool developed by our next
meeting which is 27th May.

We are, therefore very interested in Robyn's posting. It would be great if
we could work together in developing this model.
