Seeing the below reminds me of a favorite comment of Mathew Pitt, a
consultant neurophysiologist and deep thinker - and applier - of WED
teachings.
He asks would you prefer a poor system that requires brilliant people to
get anything out of it, or a brilliant system that anyone can use. No
matter how good the people are and how profound their knowledge is, if the
system stinks the customer receives poo. Well packaged poo, poo with
customer awarness and care but poo never the less.
Quality people in a poor system get hacked of and leave, either the system
totally or their commitment, knowledge and motivation stays in bed.
