ASQ does not invite people to speak (except those who are keynoters at 
the Annual Quality Congress).  Rather, people apply to speak -- by 
submitting proposals for what they would speak about.  It is a very 
formal process (as befits ASQ's culture).  The necessary instructions are 
available for free by calling ASQ (in the USA) at 1-800-249-1946.  The 
instructions may also be available for downloading on ASQ's website 
(http://www.asq.org)
