I recommand Fourth Generation Management as the starting point of
learning.
I also asked all the students practice 'it' with their own set of data
from their ordinary life. We din't have great report like Patrick Nolan.
I also asked the students to plot my website visitors counts and advise
from customers' satisfaction point of view or Kano model. In our case
here, every classroom might have their homepage but the counting is only
the beginning of learning.
