Thank you Frank for an outstanding input and suggestion. You got my vote! 

IMHO, we "lost the human" (including the emotional aspects) when we made 
human beings into "resources." What do you do with a "resource?" Get it, 
shape it, use it, fix it, replace/toss it....Hmmm, does sound a bit like some 
"human resource" programs. 

(How "valuable are you to your company" when any money spent on training you 
[to make you better] is accounted for as a "debit" in the budget, but a new 
machine's cost is an "investment"/credit? How does your organization enter 
"training" into the books?)
