Are Surveys Necessary



Hello Group:

I agree with what Frank said regarding the need for management of listen to
the survey and be responsive.  Failure to do this can have a negative
impact on morale and affect management's credibility with the workforce.
This in turn will affect your ability to implement a continual improvement
process.  Another benefit of surveys is that you have a method of tracking
the process to see if the changes you are making to the system are being
well received and understood by the workforce, and if they feel that they
are a part of the process.
