1999 BDA Transformation Forum - a unique record

This year we were fortunate to have an Tony Heald and Ian MacMillan
attending the Forum. Ian is a poet from Barnsley who features frequently on
UK national radio and Tony is a full time artist who exhibits both in the UK
and the US. His work can viewed at www.tony.heald.freeservers.com and
www.geocities.com/paris/gallery/6129/ As far as we are aware this is the
first time that a Deming conference has involved a resident poet and artist!

Together they have produced a unique record of the conference featuring
speakers such as Peter Scholtes, Jim MacIngvale, Denise Howard, Linda
Borsum, Myron Tribus and Andrzej Blikle. A limited number of copies of this
record are available from British Deming Association, 25 Water Lane,
