Has anyone boiled what Dr. Deming is about down to two or three trenchant
paragraphs, paragraphs that would catch both the practicality and the
philosophical grounding of his teaching? (And, of course, his support for
people.) One thing that would be helpful to the Deming community (even
though some wince at the idea of any such "community") is a belief
statement that can be shared. The 14 Points are too long for an
introductory statement that needs to capture essences. Maybe Jim could be
the moderator/editor of such a statement.
