RE: Philip Crosby Quality philosophy

When I attended the Crosby Quality College, I believe in the late 1980's, it
was before I went to a Deming four day and before I spent some time at the
Juran Institute.  While it is true that philosophically most of the "quality
guru's" very on certain points, I would suggest that they all have something
to offer.  I would caution the study of only one or the dismissal of all
concepts of others.  Crosby did provide useful learning for me that I still
draw upon, as did Juran and others.  I would say, however, Dr. Deming's work
has provided the best foundation for me, from which I can draw upon the best
of all.
