RE: Am I on the right list??

I've been reading DEN posts for about a year now, ever since I earned a
Certificate of Completion in Total Quality Management.  Ana's apparent quest
for practical instructions on applying Deming's principles is one I used to
have, along with others.  It is like we were searching for the magic answer,
but it's the search, actually that is the answer.  We all now it can be
better, and that it takes time.  But that is hard to remember when the
industry you're trying to make a difference in is moving so fast, and the
boss wants results.  These conversations, and especially Dr. Tolman's posts
(Most Especially his last, to Ana)exemplify the patient, nurturing
invitation to learn together that I believe is at the very core of our
purpose.  I feel served!
