JD,

Could you please clarify the specific analogy (I know, you have to slow down
for me!)? In Anton's situation, what is the target, what is the funnel, and
what is the compensating adjustment? The target, I assume, is mental health
as defined somewhere. Is the funnel the recommended treatment or the rule of
thumb, or is the adjustment the rule of thumb or the recommended treatment?

Thanks,
Dan
