The following is part of a leadership experiment for improvement of DEN
discussion.
 
The Aim: To develop a method by which the DEN collectively discovers by
review of Deming's text, the attributes or qualities that Deming ascribed to
good leaders or good leadership.
 
USING ONLY ONE to FOUR WORDS, please describe the ATTRIBUTE(s),
characteristic(s), or quality(ies) of a good leader or good leadership that
are evidenced by the Deming quotation below:

13.  p. 117, Out of the Crisis,

A leader, instead of being a judge, will be a colleague, counseling and 
leading his people on a day-to-day basis, learning from them and with them.  
Everybody must be on a team to work for improvement of quality in the four 
steps of the Shewhart cycle shown in figure 5 on p.  88.
