Thanks for this comment. My understanding of Ernst & Youngs
Dr. Harrington is likewise. F.ex. based on his book;

* Total Improvement Management. the next Generation
in Performance Improvement * (1995),

a book which was/is - as you might suspect - standard
reading by Ernst & Young consultants also in
Scandinavia (Norway+Sweden+Denmark).

Major international consultancies are, however, rather
good in *selling* their ideas.

Could we have something to learn ?
