Using Deming Principles for Quality Management in Congregation/Parish/Synagogue

My primary interest is in aging and quality life for elders. My company, the Center for Successful Aging,
conducts research on issues of aging, provides workshops on stress for caregivers, offers conferences
on honoring elders and children of aging parents, and employs technology to deliver materials to elders,
their family caregivers, professional staff and interested individuals. Congregations, parishes and 
synagogues offer a logical platform for providing such services and I am looking for any programs or 
individuals who have employed Deming's principles for achieving quality service in this setting.
