Hello Group:

Danial Svennberg has hit on the cruix of what so many people in business,
government, and education stumble over.  How do I apply this concept to my
organization.  If he has taken the time to develop a good understanding of
Deming's 14 points, and also has a knowledge of the software industry then
he now has the task of merging the two.  This is the difficult part and is
where so many implementation processes fail.  The training was interesting,
I enjoyed it, but I can't apply it to my work.
