BDA EASTERN Region Oct 1999 - Jan 2000 Meetings

Hi again,

As I gaze into my crystal ball, I see the future more clearly now=20
than I did a few weeks ago -- probably because I did a little more=20
ground work.

If you know of BDA members in the western and southern parts of our=20
region and bordering areas, please let them know of the meetings in=20
October and January in Letchworth and November in St. Albans.  For=20
those in the eastern Norfolk, Suffok and Essex, our December plant=20
tour should be a more convenient location.

Our next meeting is Monday evening, 18 October, 1999.
Plinston Hall, Letchworth, is the confirmed as the venue. This is the=20
same location and room as for our late June meeting.

Our speaker is  Tony Battison from the Royal Mail.

Topic:  "Using PDSA in a climate of constant change"

Tony will share us some of his experiences in measuring performance=20
in a large organization with high volumes of product flow, well=20
publicised standards of performance and a need for high levels of=20
customer service.
