RE: Education philosophy & Grading message

  Starting with chapter 16 of Out of the crisis and continuing to chapter 11
then to chapter 2 is a start for you and your team of climbing frogs.  
  The system is defined by the larger system it is a part of.  The larger
system that the educational system is a part of needs to be clearly defined.
That larger system information and data showing the percentage of waste or
rework along with positive recommendations for corrective action, may be
presented to parents.  The however is: If the frogs are content to stay in
the bucket boil and try to pull the climbers (leaders) back into the bucket,
one can only continue to set the example and pray.
  One feature of the larger system that the educational system is part of is
that it requires people to bring a positive attitude to the place of
employment.  How many educational units work to help in developing and
nurturing positive attitudes?  Most of what I have heard is, "That is not my
job!"  
  We are trying to make more aware of the abundant mentality.
  
  I am on the board of directors for a public chartered school and our
mission includes satisfying the students and parents, the school district
and the community.  It is the toughest job I have ever had.  The easy way
out for me is to say, "This is not my job,"  Children are the responsibility
of society because they are our future.  The family is defined by the
community and the community is defined by the county, the counties by the
states and the states by the country.  Then we have towns and cities that
are like children wanting to be adults.  The towns and cities want to be
counties.  I digressed!
