Concerning the use of the word "Profound Knowledge"...


I agree with trying to avoid using the word PK as it assumes a superior 
position.  Deming was often frustrated with American Management, especially 
with the egos invested at the top.... but it is this problem with ego that PK 
threatens.   I like to call the system of PK  ...TK  "Transformational 
Knowledge."

In this way the  ones at the top, the large egos who are in most favorable 
position to change the system,  are not threatened and may be more likely 
influenced. 

If our goal is transformation, we must apply PK to it's own application.
