You might want to read my wife's (Julie A. Kromkowski) dissertation (1995, 
Univ. of MD), which tested Anderson's (et al.) model (Acad of Management, 
1994) of Deming with respect to performance evaluation.  It also included 
outcomes such as workers' comp. accidents, turnover, absenteeism, and 
citizenship behaviours/activities, as I recall.  I must confess, I have not 
reread it in some time.  I believe there is a service through which you can 
buy a copy.

Of course, I suspect that she might also be available as a consultant to you.
