I've managed to clear up this distinction in three of my last four lives.
I've convinced the CEO or GM that Quality and IT were the same thing and I
could make them work together. I works wonderfully at the plant level.
Moving on to multi-plant positions,corporate directrorates, however,
requires changing other Quality and IT people, perhaps even doing a
mind-meld!! We shall see....
