I just read "Free, Perfect and Now" by Robert Rodin, CEO of Marshall 
Industries [ISBN 0-684-85022-2].  Either his book is a complete fabrication 
of his and Gordon Marshall's roles in learning about WED, and then 
instituting Deming principles throughout Marshall Industries, or you are 
mistaken.  Same with "Maverick" by Richard Semler.
