Quality management in management?

Dear all,

In just opening my copy of 'Inc. magazine', I find a slip from a company
called Profiles International, Inc., www.profilesinternational.com
Their claim to fame (satisfaction guaranteed), is for the identification of
managers who are graded as A, B or C. Using an assessment, the A players
will be identified, identify which B players to be developed into As, and
for the Cs, well move to other areas... or move out of the company. Very
interesting.

Does anyone know HOW this works?
I suspect Belbin characteristics....
