WED and Hume

Bill reminded us to  think about P's and Q's.
The alphabets' meanings are the Knowledge of Action Learning.
Bill and WED mean productivity and quality.
WED later call it The New Economics.

Most great economists, like A. Marshall among others,they knew Q but had
to think 'Quality' in terms of quantity.
David Hume is unique and I think he knew the common causes and special
causes WED was talking about.
I am thinking The New Economics in this tradition.In that The Age of New
Economics,various scientific revolutionary thinkings were shared by
personal communications.
