REQUEST: Safety Slogan Signs

The facility where I work was very big on safety slogans,
rewarding contributers and posting winning slogans on
several bulletin boards throughout the facility.  Although
the rewarding and posting of safety slogans has been
discontinued these sign locations are still in place. 
What if anything constructive to CQI could these signs be
used for?
