  Using the Attachment.  Meet with some businesses and: 1.  Work out the
definitions by developing the criteria that makes it what it is, the
measurements that indicate that the criteria is exercising or being
exercised and the decision that can be made (yes or no this is total quality
management/yes or no total quality management is improving/yes or no we are
providing total quality management for a quality produce to our customers
and consumers);2. Handle Quality Control and Quality Assurance the same way.
  After definition are understood the matrix can be developed to show
relationships.
  After developing the matrix, develop the issues.  
  With the issues you will know what the relationship are.  Over time, doing
this with many businesses you will have enough material to write for you
masters and then into you Ph.D..
