Use the sign locations to display activities of the current improvement
projects in your organization. Develop a flexible format for each effort
that includes the aim of the effort, graphs of the measures expected to be
impacted, and the changes that individuals and/or teams are currently
evaluating.

Update the posters each month with new improvement projects or updates to
the work of efforts previously presented.

Encourage others reading the posters to contact the appropriate individuals
with ideas to enhance their work.
