CALL FOR ARTICLES [SysOp note: this text can also be downloaded. It is in file area 9, TQM Miscellaneous. Filename: call4art.zip.] The Journal for Quality and Participation invites authors to submit articles which will advance the knowledge and use of the theories, concepts, and techniques of quality and participatory processes. The Journal is interested in receiving articles of the following types: * Articles which profile how specific organizations, teams or circles, and individuals have applied the theories, concepts and techniques of quality and participation. Articles which focus on one or more of the 12 knowledge, skills and abilities areas outlined in the AQP's research report: _Voices_From_The_Field_ are also of great interest. * Articles which survey how several or many organizations, teams or circles, and individuals have used the theory, concepts and techniques of quality and participation. * Articles which demonstrate how to successfully use either new or existing instruments to measure and evaluate both specific aspects of quality and participation processes and the whole process of quality and participation. * Articles which propose and demonstrate how new approaches will either advance current concepts, theory and techniques or will add concepts, theory and techniques that will improve the field of quality and participation. The best guide to topics of interest to our readers are past issues of The Journal for Quality and Participation.
